Capable Training has access to a rich array of organisational research tools. Feedback from the tools provides senior leaders, managers and teams information on where to focus attention to support individual, team and organisational capability development.
When we work with an organisation we offer three types of engagement tools. A timely issues of the moment ‘Pulse Check’, a short introductory ‘Heartbeat’ and a full ‘Staff Engagement Survey’.
A pulse check is short and very specific with about 5–8 questions and is focused on a specific area for improvement. The Pulse Check provides an organisation with a timely, accurate record of the current working climate.
A heartbeat is a 15 to 25 question employee engagement survey to show an organisation the level of engagement their staff have with their organisation. This is a great starting point for organisations using an employee engagement tool for the first time. It provides a way to measure engagement quickly with very little effort.
Staff Engagement Survey
Staff engagement surveys are longer and ask more detailed questions. They are a really useful way to gain insights into employees understanding and connection to organisational vision, mission and goals. They can also measure staff commitment to members of their own team and others in the whole organisation as well as getting a feel for happiness, alignment between personal and organisation values and job satisfaction in real time. They range in length from 35 to up to 100 questions and can cover areas such as:
- Overall Perceptions
- Well Being
- The Role/Job
